Assault Tank

If I wear a tank-top and pink shorts when working in the gym?

Do you think you can be physically assaulted by other students in the gym? Hahaha, I'm very bold. In fact, I could do to show how I am extravagant.

What is acid reflux?

What is acid reflux?

The dictionary defines as a reflux "flowing back"
or "abnormal backflow of bodily fluids"

To investigate the acid reflux or acid to the community medical terms reflux disease, the first thing we look at is the stomach "to understand what is happening. The stomach contains a liquid acid that helps us to digest food and also contains the acid gases that are present in the liquid. The stomach contents are under pressure.

The Acid reflux or reflux is a natural function of the body to lower pressure in the stomach and digestive system. It is much like a pressure relief valve in the hot water tank. If the pressure in the tank water has risen too much and the tank was in danger of exploding the valve would be forced open and allow than the exhaust pressure through the valve. This reduces the pressure in the tank.

The stomach is the same form and pressure of the stomach " may increase by several different things, such as gastric or peptic ulcers, intestinal problems, the bacterium H. pylori, indigestion, food or liquids or swallowing air. Remember back to school where a guy was always swallowing air, just to gross buurrrp and girls. All I did was to increase pressure stomach.

When we swallow and the food enters our stomach and displaces the liquid and the liquid level rises. When this happens it compresses acid gases that are above the liquid and increases the pressure exerted against the valve of the lower esophageal sphincter.

A Once the pressure against the LES valve builds up enough to force open the LES valve and the gases into the esophagus. As the starting gases reflux into the esophagus may experience a pressure buildup in the chest. This pressure can be uncomfortable until the pressure exceeds sphincter valve upper esophageal and gases are expelled through our mouth and Buurrrrp After we burp or belch to relieve the pressure in the esophagus and the stomach.

Sometimes when I burp, you may notice a burning sensation or pain in the chest. This is due to the acidity of the stomach gases reflux and are in direct contact detection injuries that are present in the esophagus. It's much like spilling vinegar on a cut that will cause pain.

We may have even developed "esophagitis" which is an inflamed esophagus and can make swallowing difficult. Although there are other things that can cause esophagitis the constant assault of acid gases from the stomach or what is known as reflux or acid reflux can irritate the delicate cells of the esophagus and cause pain!.

People who have esophagitis may also experience difficulty swallowing and pain when consuming acidic drinks like orange or tomato juice as the acid in these drinks is in direct contact with sores or lesions that are present in the esophagus.

The esophagus has no protective coating or lining of his stomach, as it does to protect it from hydrochloric acid or stomach acid gases, and this constant assault of acid in the esophagus that causes more damage to the delicate cells if allowed to continue.

To succeed with acid reflux treatment, you must first locate and then correct the root cause. This can be anything from the LES valve does not close properly, a problem of the stomach or intestine that is increasing the pressure exerted on the valve, forcing it open to allow the reflux to take place.
