Why do people like the old LEGO Castle Sets than the new one?
Why do people like the old Lego Castle sets than the new one? All I know is that the old sets have more better quality in all the castle sets and the old Lego Minifigure‘s is more simple and the new ones are too detailed and ugly.
The older castles had more working functions: drawbridges that went up and down, ghosts that glowed in the dark, etc. They also had more pieces than the current castles and were more challenging to build. Because they are no longer manufactured, the older castle sets have become collectible and the value has increased substantially on them since they were released. The newer castles just don’t have the same appeal and flair as the older castles.
