From the imperial world of Coruscant, to the dessert fields of Tatooine, to the jungles of Endor, Star Wars Galaxies perfectly represents George Lucas’ vision of his fictional universe. You could travel via a variety of interstellar ships. You could even partake of professions straight from the films themselves, like the medic, the scout, the brawler, the marksman, the entertainer, and the artisan. You’d have to pattern these professions according to the race you would choose for your character.

And Star Wars Galaxies is an MMORPG abundant with races! Whether you want to be a human like Luke Skywalker or Han Solo, or a Wookie like Chewbacca, or one of the more obscure races like the Mon Calamari or the Rodians, Star Wars Galaxies got you covered. Your race will determine your proficiencies in this MMORPG. Wookies are stronger, for instance. Humans are more balanced.

People waited for years, holding off subscriptions to other MMORPG programs, just to see what Star Wars Galaxies has to offer. The advance orders for this MMORPG are astounding. But Is It True That Star Wars Galaxies Is Just An MMORPG For The Fans?

But like most MMORPG programs, Star Wars Galaxies is bound by certain limitations, technical and otherwise.

This is quite daunting, even for the most dedicated player.

Star Wars Galaxies Remain A Force To Be Reckoned With In The MMORPG Scene

Nonetheless, with familiar places and characters, a faithful soundtrack, and a gamut of movie-inspired missions, Star Wars Galaxies is an excellent addition to the ever-expanding plethora of MMORPG offerings. It will appeal to fans of the films, most of all, but it has enough exciting features to capture the interests of MMORPG aficionados the world over.

No wonder that it has remained as one of the MMORPG programs with the most number of subscriptions, despite its flaws. Truly, Star Wars Galaxies has the Force by its side.
