Sean waited a few more seconds… He then quickly hoisted the string up, the lobster dangling helplessly at the end. “Yeah, that’s what i’m talking about!” he shouted with excitement. “Max, Miranda, Jess, I caught one!” he shouted again into the distance, his voice echoed over the clusters of rocks. He grabbed the lobster by its tail and headed back to the sandy shoreline.
The others returned with astonishment all over their face as they knew that they had no luck with their findings of seaweed and hermit crabs. The three of them stared down at the blue lobster that was in the pit Sean had dug out.
“So, what do you guys think?” Sean asked, more enthusiastic about his catch.
“It’s huge, and it’s not made of rubber,” Max replied, still in awe as he couldn’t remember the last time he had anything to eat.

One correction: “his voice echoed” should be “echoing”, as it’s being used as a present active participle. The way you have it is actually a comma-splice.
