Cream Surprise
Cream Surprise
How I can make a cookie recipe that requires a Betty Crocker Cake Mix Sour Cream (which no longer exists)?
These are a favorite of my mother and love to his surprise, but the Betty Crocker White Cake Mix cream is no longer made. I guess you could use a Cake Mix white but not sure how get the sour cream flavor. The cookie recipe is the following ingredients: 3 / 4 c butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cake mix sour cream, 3 / 4 nut c finely chopped – Any ideas on how to modify this would be greatly appreciated.
Use white cake mix and half the butter substitute with sour cream. When baking a cake to replace the sour cream, oil or Miracle Whip. It has a moist, delicious cake too. My first suggestion would be the replacement of 3 / Cup sour cream 4 cup butter 3 / 4, but I think its mass would not tough enough. Although I could try both ways and then you will know with certainty and cookies will be perfect for his mother. Good luck with that.
