What is the name of the book Star Wars where Luke succumbs to the dark side?

I have been reading many of the Star Wars novels, recently. I started with "-C'baoth Thrawn Trilogy," went so far as Visions of the Future, and jumped back to the Hutt Gambit. When I was reading the Jedi Academy Triolgy, I was surprised to learn that Luke had used Clone Palpatine, go to the dark side (for a book?) What I know is what is the name of the book (s)? I read through the backs of those who speak of other books, but could not find anything about this. Can anyone help? It was not a clone, called Luuke " but that was not where it succumbed to the dark side Luke. do not think happened in the novels, but rather in a series of comics, Dark Empire … Can anyone confirm if this is what is referred to in the Jedi Academy trilogy?

Yes, I can confirm this for you. Lucas turned to the dark side when the reborn (cloned I) appeared emperor. Lucas went to the dark side believe that would be able to return after he used that position to defeat Palpatine again, however I was wrong. Darkness visible

In the creation myths of the world there is always a time of darkness before the birth of the human race and, in this darkness, a undifferentiated unity where everything is God and all is one. No human beings, God, people, or rather, aspects of God waiting to be born – in case of a unified consciousness can have on all aspects.

And then something happens. God becomes lonely and longs for a partner, a loved one, or become curious about their power and potential as one God. In order to know himself and what he might be able to, God has to do two things: to be separated into at least one other way I can look back in himself and knows what it means to be God. And, so you can see what has become the god of darkness must create light.

And so we with "the light of God" comes from separation and the arrival of the opposing parties in conflict with each other. The universal consciousness we all once knew it split into many – a chaos of fragments, an unknown world, a partitioned drive.

This notion of separation and the destiny of man within him is in mythology from around the world, whose stories tell of the distance and the ambiguity of God (the original first consciousness) of man (what God has become).

The Greeks, for example, considers human beings as the playthings of the gods, who were numerous and often at war with themselves, with a concern for humanity small and insignificant. In Christian mythology we also have a God that is not available to us, so that gives us angels, archangels, angels fallen, and even to keep us company in place.

"But for this, we must first remind ourselves, returning to the primal darkness and experience a world without forms.

Reconnection
Man has been searching for reconnection with the infinite and a sense of life of its completion of the separation. Very often, if taken seriously, this search will take place in the dark – the type of the physical rather than metaphysical "dark night of the soul", as defined by Carl Jung.

Recognizing the primary union was present in first the dark, the sages and mystics have always used the darkness as a vehicle to return to a state of happiness and understanding. This return to peace and quiet allowing them to break the concerns and anxieties of his earthly life, with all of their social-determined and layout of the outside world, so that they can, in some way to achieve reconnection with undifferentiated consciousness where everything is One, once again.

In the Shinto tradition of Japan, for example, a discipline known as komori – Privacy – carried out in the darkness of a cave, a temple, a shrine, or even a room in a house that is specially prepared and purified so it can bring the gift of power and lighting. Japanese texts make frequent mention of staying in places like this and in windowless huts, known as Komor, that can be found in several sacred mountains where ascetics undertake their dark retreats.

The practice of spending long periods of time inside the caves can also be found in the remote peninsula of Land's End in Cornwall, where communities of the Iron Age was compelled to build passageways underground, known as fogou, a word that is translated from the Cornish as' underground chamber and can be derived from ogo, which means cave. These usually consist in a long corridor with walls constructed in horizontal courses of granite stone in the rough, about 40-50 feet long, six feet tall and five to six feet wide, built deliberate on a curve, and entered through a low door restrictive, so that the initiate must yield to the darkness at the entrance.

On the other side of the world, the tribe Dagara Burkina Faso, darkness is also sacred. In fact, in common with other ancient tribes, is forbidden even to light the darkness, light is known to scare the spirits away.

EXPERIENCING THE SACRED DARKNESS
To get an idea of what the darkness may have for you, it is possible that care to try the following exercises. These are taken from my book Darkness Visible: Awakening Spiritual Light Through Darkness Meditation, which explores the worldwide use of darkness as a means of spiritual enrichment.

Close your eyes …
The first step in the dark the job is only to experience darkness, but an active rather than passive. We are all consumers of darkness every time you blink or lay down to sleep, after all, but most of us think these things interruptions of our normal life to do things in the world – if we think about them at all.

To become a traveler in the dark, spend some time with eyes closed as if in meditation, and just be aware of thoughts, images, and other information to begin the surface, everything which is possible who have never seen before because his attention was so firmly in the outside world "there."

Starting small is recommended – no more than 15 minutes at a time – but you can build up to longer periods of an hour or more. So when you feel comfortable with the dark, try moving, dancing or eating in the dark. How do these activities taken for granted feel now that you are using other senses to guide him?

Playing God …
Texts religious world tell us that there was a time before the separation, when we all knew that the mind of God, because we were part of that mind. With eyes closed, allowing an image or a feeling of what this primitive state of God-as would have been the same, when it was part of this energy conscious and undifferentiated. At some point, decided to leave this energy to be born and live life as yourself, a separate form of the whole. What was your purpose for doing so? Why have you come here to explore? When you consider your life now, completed this purpose or, if not, what needs to be done?

Forgiving God …
In practice the healing my clients often seek help because of some great schism or division in your life. They feel alienated, lost, or someone outside, which could present as a parent or a couple but deep down is often more existential separation: the customer feel alone.

That sentiment is valid. As we fell into disgrace and were cast out of Eden we are completely alone. The first person to forgive, then, is God – or, if you prefer, the essence of life itself – for having visited you in this way.

Close your eyes and let out a image of what we consider God or life itself to be, and their relationship with him. Talk to this being, honestly expressing their pain and anger and fear, and your joy, and everything you need to say the situation is in the abandonment and feel.

And then change places. Become a God or life itself and look back yourself. So from this perspective, responding to their own grievances. Let God explain why things are. Continue this dialogue, change place when necessary, to reach an understanding and agreements for the future.

When ready to forgive, step back from this picture and see yourself and God himself facing each other as separate beings, then allow them to walk to and from each other by what these two people come together and become an image of a new God-Self. Breathe the energy of this union and see it as a light that fills the heart.
