Need help with almost 3 year old daughter.?

Hello,
My duaghter will be three this month. I am a teacher in an elementary school and my daughter goes to a babysitter daily. My husband and I are older parents. I have a 21, 18 and 16 year old and then there’s the little one. At home she is usually pretty well behaved, not too many problems. At the babysitters, there are three other chidlren, a 6 year old, 3 year old boy, and then a 2 year old. Lately she has been quite naughty at the babysitters. When not getting her own way, she will pitch a fit. Today she got angry, threw a duplo block and accidently hit the 6 year old. The babysitter talked to me today about possibly placing her in a school setting, where she will have more adult supervision and more of a structure. I am sick to my stomach about changing. She loves going there and I love her going as well. The babysitter feels “time outs” are not helping. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I will be grateful for any helpful information.
