Help me people am a runner!?

I'm a runner who is in Dubai, have done my degree, I am a good pilot, but I want to take part in the races street in the U.S. or any other country where there is a lot of money for talent in me, I worked for Ferrari as Director of Sales, but not much here to give preference … You have a way out so that I can get a U.S. visa, or get into F4 level in Greece. im 23 .. sales manager in Dubai … fascinated with racing since I was 17 .. but these guys are responsible for the promotion abroad do not recommend or that, because they are Arabs …. I am an Indian. F4 is the formula of 4 .. which is 3 feet behind F1.

I'm Greek and kart racing here, but what exactly F4 level? Street racing in the U.S.? Ferrari Sales Manager? Exactly how many old are you? EDIT: F4 does not exist, at least not here. You may be able to characterize any entry-level formula below F3 as "Formula 4" but the formula does not exist here either. None whatsoever.
