Well to start I just got a copy in the collection of Lego Star Wars games, and I wondered are they still selling the general grevious star game, Clone Troopers builders joint army and the droid army Builder Set in stores like Target, Walmart, or anywhere else in California? Yes, I live in California, and why would'ti go see myself? Well, I'm currently in Vietnam vacation, and I was hoping someone could verify or tell me if you still sell the sets mentioned above, help would be appreciated.

Star Wars – The ultimate movie bet

It seems almost impossible to imagine now that Star Wars is such a big part of our culture and history of film before Star Wars hit the screens in May 1977, is considered a remote possibility of ever did much less become a great success that it did. But from the moment George Lucas has a vision of Star Wars and started writing the first script, it was clear that this was going to be a film that is unlike anything he had ever seen before.

George Lucas was not a new kid on the block in Hollywood when he began to seek their majestic space trilogy, Star Wars, made. While he was not the hub Hollywood is now, had some credibility after making a delicious and successful American Graffiti. But even in that experience of the film in early decisions, Lucas was proving to be a visionary like American Graffiti came out to start the 50s nostalgia trend, separated in the successful "TV Happy Days "and launched the brilliant career of Harrison Ford.

One would think that with that success, the studies we have seen the genius of George Lucas Star Wars and they embraced. But from the beginning, Star Wars was a game of chance. The vision was unique and untried and studies of risk that meant. Too often innovative and bold film does not succeed in financial terms. Studies like to go with things that will make money for sure. That's why study after study rejected the opportunity to Star Wars, including Universal Studios, which made American Graffiti, approved it, because they said he was "stupid." You can imagine how the study ate those words when he took the Star Wars film industry by storm and gave him hundreds of millions of dollars for Fox Studios and they were willing to "take a chance" in the incredible vision of George Lucas.

Star Wars create innovative story telling and creation films that were unproven ideas before and well ahead of its time that we overlook that in these days of movies that are entirely computer generated. No doubt that the special effects of Star Wars had a lot to do with his massive success. No one has ever seen such realistic effects before. If you can remember the first time I saw Episode 4, the first Star Wars to come out, this time at the beginning when you see that big Star Destroyer is one that literally takes your breath away. And the effects were only reaching the incredible battle scene at the end where the audience literally feel as if they were there in the fight with Luke Skywalker, using force to blow up the enemy starship and escape the fireball erupted all over the screen. It was a cinematic triumph.

We can all be thankful that a study and were incredible filmmaker brave enough to make a film that was unlike any before. We, the audience is the movie, got this wonderful Star Wars series to enjoy and share with our children for future generations and the movie industry would not be the same because he had that opportunity.
