Ultra marathoners: How long trained for his first race?

This question is directed to people involved in ultra marathons. How long did it take to train for your first 50-miler? How many marathons completed before the top 50? If you has made a career of 100 miles, how long you train for that?

Dog Training – easier to train dogs

There are Many Different breeds of dogs and choose the most suitable for you or your family may be a difficult decision because there are several different aspects to consider. This article can help you decide on the one you want by naming the dogs with better skills training.

There are no guarantees with which dog breeds behave a certain way and there will always be exceptions in all breeds of dog, but there are many characteristics that can be taken into account when searching for the breed is right for you, here are some of the top dogs in order to facilitate the fast train to collect the different tasks and activities.

Labrador retriever

The Labrador Retriever is a very affectionate dog that is so unknown strangers, very friendly and the best of our choice of dogs that are easy to train.
