Amazonas, is this set of Harry Potter used?

The price http://www.amazon.ca/Harry-Potter-Volumes-Childrens-Editions/dp/1551929104/ref=pd_cp_b_2 is a good business so I wonder if it is used? Moreover, the issue of what "web" mean? I live in Canada and these are the covers that I have seen for almost a decade .. U.S. may has different covers? Hardcover says so it's not out of pocket.

This seems the price is about accurate. My mom I got one for $ 200 when it first came out, in a special collectors edition. They were all hardcover and released a few months after that all books were published, explaining the price. So the price seems right. If you like, go ahead and buy it! I think fabric is to explain how books are bound. Most books are bound in paper and cardboard, and they use a thick canvas cover type.
