How I can eliminate acne of the back I am 23 years old and my skin on the back has a lot of black heads look so ugly?

I be able to show some skin in the summer I can do to get rid of black heads discusting in back Retin A work i dont kno what to do i get black heads on my face too, but my back is worser. What I can do can anyone help please?
