Lego question- Sith Infiltrator or Darth Vader‘s Tie Fighter?

Ok, so, I was browsing the Lego website and found two sets that especially interest me:

The Sith Infiltrator, a set whose original design I’d always wanted as a kid:

and Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter, another very interesting set, not least of all because I never managed to buy a different set with Vader in it:

Anyway, please tell me which one you think is better and why. if you have any other suggestions for sets to purchase instead, feel free to offer that as an answer instead (my budget’s about $40).

sadly both sets retail for more than $40 each

I bought the sith infiltrator but it never made it to the set’s original form
as I built a starfighter carrier out of it
my brother had vader’s Tie Fighter

both sets are good buys

but the best build is the one in your head
