Piercing Rejection Signs?

I had an inverted belly button piercing done 7 days ago. I noticed that the entry hole is completely normal, with absolutely no redness or irritation, but the second exit hole is slightly red, and there is a small raised ring around it. There is no pain, itching, or any fluid/pus leaking from the piercing site. I am just paranoid about rejection. Is what I’m experiencing a sign? My piercer told me to cut back on cleaning, and that it’s probably not rejection because only one site is irritated. What are some early signs of rejection?

I’ve had a lot of piercings done. I had a surface piercing and my body rejected the piercing. If your piercing isn’t tender, swollen , red or has a gooey discharge you are fine. Good luck with it.
