Who is the main character in G.I. Joe?

I’m too excited and too confused to know, but who is the main character in the g.i. joe movie?
P.S. many say that Snake Eyes is, and, i kinda agree with them

I would say that Duke is the main character since they tie him through a previous relationship with the enemy and the focused on him joining the team at the beginning of the movie. The story really revolved around him.

Duke from GI Joe is the coolest hero ever – Here`s why

By 1989 G.I. Joe was the top selling Action Figure in the U. S. Not bad conquering the world by the age of 25, but the producers at Hasbro were not prepared to settle there. COBRA, was G.I.

At that time Halloweeners were already wearing Duke Costumes but they didn’t look at all like todays Duke costumes… but let;s go back to the history:

By the early 90?s G.I. Joe found himself in a battle with COBRA who?s main goal was to destruct the Earth?s environment. The action figure boxes even came with eco-facts for the young audience to read. This was done in a plan to increase youth awareness about important issues like the environment.
The attempts were successful. When the original twelve in. G.I. Joe was reintroduced in a promoting test with Target stores, the entire shipment of 25,000 figures Sold Out in a single day.

Joe to increase youth awareness about certain topics, G.I. Joe took on his next adversary in 1992. JOE called in to help the Drug Elimination Force ( D.E.F. Hasbro even went as far as coordinating in class teaching programs to alert youngsters of the hazards of drugs.

Joe action figures also prompted Hasbro to turn out twelve inch Duke, Stalker, Cobra, commander and Snake Eyes action figures. They were also a massive success.

In 1993 G.I. Joe is broken into separate armed forces including Battle Corps ( army ), Star Brigade ( space ), Ninja Force ( martial arts ), hall of fame ( 12-inch figures ), and Mega-Marines ( Monsters ). This was also the same year that G.I.
G.I. Joe turned thirty in 1994 and Hasbro celebrated their soldier?s birthday with memorial figures, new characters in the Battle Corps, Star Brigade, Hall-Of-Fame and Ninja Force.

That being said this year Halloween will taken by storm ( no not Storm Shadow…) as Duke Costumes will be the hottest disguise this Halloween season so go ahead and buy Duke Costumes before they’re all gone!
