How much of a role do you think the biblical content in the success of 'Indiana Jones' film?
Even if you do not believe in Bible, most would agree that inspires great art. Of the three earlier Indiana Jones films, the two most popular stories focused on Biblical artifacts (The Ark of the Covenant and the Holy Grail). The second one, "Temple of Doom ', no, and it was so well received by the public the movies. So much so that Steven Spielberg actually described "The Last Crusade" as "an apology for" Temple of Doom. " The next month, 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' will be released, and everything I've read, will focus on the Cold War more that the biblical content. Do not you believe the biblical content played no role in the success of "Raiders" and "The Last Crusade" and believes you hurt the lack of success of 'Temple of Doom "and ultimately hurt the success of' Crystal Skull '?
When I saw "Raiders" and "Temple of Doom" I was with a group of kids and we loved this movie as my older brothers and sisters and cousins, because it was fun to watch and a great story. I play that's why it was a great success and a biblical theme had nothing to do with it. We wanted to see it again and another time. Watch the movie Titanic and Spiderman.
