Unique Ways to Use Hyundai Key Chains

You may think of a key chain as a boring accessory only meant to hold keys together. However, more than being a key holder, they could represent a hobby, a memory or have some other use for other people.

Car key chains, for example, can represent different brands. Many have build up entire collections based on car key chains. For instance, you can have Hyundai key chains for different Hyundai models for every year. There are many creative ways to use car key chains other than for their function of holding keys. You might want to start with the following:

1. As a bag accessory

Key chains make great bag accessories. You can place them on the zipper tabs of any bag. These are not only ornamental but can help you identify your bag or luggage in certain situations, such as when you are in an airport and need to pick your bag from a conveyor belt.

2. As an accessory for accessories

Our own accessories, such as cellphones, wallets and ID cards can also be decked with key chains. Key chains make it easier for us to get our smaller accessories especially when they are needed quickly and are hard to find, such as if they were in a big bag along with other items.  

3. As an advertising tool

Many car dealerships or sellers use car key chains as advertising tools for current and potential customers. A Hyundai seller, for example, may give away a Hyundai key ring during Christmas or during sales to serve as indirection promotions. This is a great way of branding yourself as a car dealer and at the same time emanating what you are trying to sell.

4. As a souvenir

A lesser known use of key chains is to have them as souvenirs. This could be for a company event or a party. Your child may have a Race Car-themed party, for example, with branded Hyundai key chains as a souvenir. You may also be running a car company or dealership.

These are just some of the uses of your Hyundai key chains other than simply holding keys together.

Does anybody know how to make like a horse hair key chain?

I own 3 horses and when i was pulling their mane/Clipping their manes i had all these long strands of hair and ive seen people make key chains out of it but i dont know how to do it, Can anybody help me ?

There’s several books available that teach you how to hitch and/or braid horsehair. I did a search to see if I could find a page w/instructions, but the only thing I found was that it is done over a dowel or a flat board. Hitching is all half-hitch knots done with 3-4 hairs per hitching strand. It has to be cleaned well and sorted first. One site suggested a macrame technique for a keychain.

Not to get into anything fancy, I would just fold the hair over a split-ring, bind it at the top by wrapping it tightly so the hairs make a tassel. Then either do a simple 3 strand flat braid. If you know how to braid using 4-8 or 12 strand, that makes a cooler design. I have to say, though, mane hair probably won’t be long enough. Everything I read said it’s done w/tail hair. If you want to use mane, a tassel or short macrame section is probably all you will be able to get before you run out of length.
