How I can make a magnetic floating object?
I have a collection worthy of the rare earth magnets .. And I've tried to make the plates, LEGO things, and anything else float tape these magents the desired object and a database. No matter what settings I try, I can not seem to be able to do anything to float successfully. Does anyone have an idea of some configuration I can use? Thanks:) EDIT PLEASE READ: I think I could be some confusion. This is partly my fault. I want to make an object, not a magnet solo float. For example: I tried to record the magnets with the north pole down along the bottom of a plate. These are sligtly out. I have another plate below the North Pole up, the magnets in slightly. This seems like it should work, so maybe just have to run more accurately. Thanks for your answers today:)
It is virtually impossible. You need to balance all perfectly magnetic forces. Moreover, all magnets have defects and do not exert a uniform force over its entire surface.
