How do you unlock Ben Kenobi’s Ghost on SW 2 Trilogy Lego Xbox 360?

I know the code it is ,BEN917, but when I enter it, it states “cheat unlocked”, but when I go to the character selection, Ben is not there. Help, my kid is driving me crazy.
