can anyone tell me a good storage solution for loads of lego, to be able to separate different pieces,?

i need something large with possible smaller sections tried toolboxes but have too much lego, any ideas?

The best way is to sort them by Brick, plate, Slope then from there you can sub-sort ie inverted slopes 33deg slopes and 45 deg slopes but always use clear boxes and lable the boxes. small tackel boxs work for mini-fig head gear and holding stuff ie weapons. small parts. If there is a smoker in the house place the LEGO in zip lock bags and place then in your clear boxes that you can get at target. you may also want to look a book called The Unofficial LEGO Builders Guide.
