Is it illegal to equip vehicles with blue-white headlights in Malaysia?
Some vehicles still runing loose on the roads in Malaysia with this irritating and dangerous white glare to other road users. Is this supposed to be illegal (in many countries?) What is the way and the Department of Transport (JPJ) doing about it? There are already many cars still dark tinted screens of the measures taken for the vehicle owner.
yes, it's illegal, but when the police stopped traffic, the driver only has to pay RM10. then continue your journey
