I'm looking at a manufactured home 2000 Redmond, which has been established in a batch. I see some cracks in the ceiling.?
Should I be concerned about these cracks? The ceiling has stuff popcorn in it, but I see the cracks here and there. The exterior of the house looks great and the interior is nice with the exception of the cracks. The real estate agent said he had cosmetics, but want to make sure before bidding. Can anyone tell me why these cracks are there and if they are the sign of a serious problem? Thanks
I would suggest that we take into account the payment for a professional inspection prior to purchase. The inspector will pay a $ 300 – $ 400 for a complete inspection of the home systems. This would be a great investment for you, and if more serious problems discovered in the house that will give you some influence over the purchase price, or if they are serious enough you may want to get away from it all.
