ive been wondering where all the waste goes. What to recycle or sumthing? does the big boss great master even take showers? does he just trash his armor and leaves it there? I do not care what you give me answer, but it is interesting. give thanks.
why is it important? people do not care about people doing interesting things … like animals, why Hulk's pants stay on? Who cares!
Delhi Master Plan 2021-A New Concept for Delhi
The recent accident at a Construction Site of the Delhi Metro has led to a surge in articles and debates in both the print and electronic media. It seems that although we have gone on building flyovers and sea, the basic problem of roads drainage, water supply, electricity has remained unaffected.
Is this the right way to go about the development of our cities? People are asking.
In a flippant comment, in response to this question, said that the question was not whether we were following the model of the right to development, rather if we were following any model of development.
Now, is that true?
As far as Delhi is concerned, although there is a Delhi Master Plan 2021, its implementation is based more on hope than expectation.
Two of the previous master plans, the target = "_blank"> Delhi Master Plan 2021 recognizes, had virtually no correlation with the actual development work took place.
It is said that before the land could be developed had to be acquired, which did not occur. Why? Due to works on paper, the document said. This means that land could not be acquired by the officials could not find a way to document the acquisition. An absurd example of governmental red tape, not yet I have found.
But even if the plan is implemented, there would be an even bigger gap on the left, asking to be addressed. For example, structural drawings the Delhi Master Plan 2021 provides a population of 230 lakhs, of which 153 are lakhs to be accommodated through 'reconstruction' of the area current residence.
This new development, we are told, would take the form of people sharing their living areas for construction of housing complex several floors. Structural diagrams of the plan are a bit confusing. The total area shall not be less than 3000 square feet How is such a large area that you in? What if, for example, nine out of ten people who need to share in the areas of your home are ready, but the person is not 10th?
The Delhi Master Plan 2021 does not provide the rampant corruption that has plagued the DDA, making for an organization involved in carrying out a grand vision urban development to one which focuses on the appropriation of land.
The Delhi Master Plan 2021 also speaks in high-sounding words, the necessary involvement private organizations. We can not speak against this excellent proposal. Private participation should be encouraged by all means. But is there a correlation between the costs that these organizations provide the land – which is public land, mind you – and the cost that would provide housing for the poor? Is areas so that one fears of a slip between cup and lip.
Another thing that nobody in Delhi live in fear, was his transformation after gluing the Delhi Master Plan 2021 in a city like Gurgaon.
Gurgaon structural drawings did not provide for neighborhood shops, small kiosks, and areas where vendors could display their wares. As a result, a major source of vitality of a city is totally absent in Gurgaon. It seems an amalgam of the corporate office instead of an ecological city.
