Do you think movie trailers give out too much info?

I thought that The Phantom Menace ruined it by showing that Darth Maul had a double-bladed lightsaber.

Most of them do. Sometimes you can guess the ending just because you remember a scene in the trailer that hasn’t come up yet. Sometimes they even show the best gags and you feel duped because the rest of them arent as good. But unless I know I would like the film, and so want to go see it with no ideas about the plots, jokes, etc. I see them because, sometimes, they work.
