How many squares to you advance for the other pieces in chess?
I just learned how to play, and I was wondering if there is a max to the
total amount of squares you can move a piece.
Like for example I know you can move a pawn only one space forward, some times two it depends but what about the other pieces. I also know that you only get one turn, that means you can only move one piece right?
the answer depends on the piece and can be a little a one if it’s the king or as many as eight if it’s a rook, queen, or bishop.
