What accessories do French people wear besides berets?
I really need to know the kinds of jewelry, types of bags, and any other type of accessories that french people wear, besides berets, which they don’t wear any more than British or American people do….Anyone know? Thanks!!!
Actually, French people don’t really wear berets. One of the easiest ways to spot a tourist in Paris is someone wearing a beret. Most French people wear what we wear – bracelets, earrings, necklaces, etc. They tend to stick with classics, though, and not go for crazy trends like chunky costume jewelry. As for bags, the French will buy an expensive bag from a couturier (think Louis Vuitton or Prada) and make it last for years rather than buy a cheap purse and change every few months.
