Police Station
Once you have been fingerprinted in a police station will it come up on a criminal background check?
Once you have been fingerprinted in a police station will it come up on a criminal background check in a different county? I got offered a pretty good job in a different county from where i got booked and released, but they ask for fingerprints before they hire me. I would have to go to the Police station and get fingerprinted. Should I even bother. I haven’t gone to court for that ticket yet.
No it shouldn’t for routine purposes like security clearances or concealed carry permits I will echo what others have said, unless you have been convicted of the offense for which you have been booked then there’s no problem. Now if the offense was a DWI/DUI that could be a potential problem for you if you’re found guilty or not because even if there’s no conviction for the offense, a notation is made in the system of the arrest and what it was for.
