everytime i turn my computer on the power pack blows up and starts to smell. HELP?

everytime i turn my computer on the power pack blows up and starts to smell. erm all it seems to do is blow the fuse in the plug. i tryed to fix it like 4 times now. i wait awhile then try it again it works for like 1 min then blows again
it is my computer lol PC

If it’s a laptop, unplug it and remove the battery pack permanently if you don’t need portable operation. If you do, try buying a new battery, but leave the old battery out of the computer.
