What is the difference between promotional posters for movies and the real posters?
Just wondering. I know the promo poster comes out long before the movie and whatnot, but is it just a teaser? Can the promo poster sometimes be the main poster for the movie? I’m mainly wondering because I’m waiting for a different New Moon poster to come out but maybe the “promo” poster they have now is the real deal. Thanks!
The promotional poster is basically the teaser, it gets people interested so they will want to find out more about the movie. The actual poster for the movie will probably show more of the cast and have more information on the movie such as the Title, Cast and Director.
