Why is driving on PS3 so hard using G25?

Hi everyone I’ve recently bought my dad a logitech G25 driving wheel for his PS3. He loves racing games and plays Ferrari Challenge, Ridge Racer, Dirt, and even burnout paradise. My dad’s cool However, even so he is a really good driver in real life, since using this wheel, he can’t seem to steer at all very well Why? I thought (hoped) this wheel would make driving on the PS3 more like real life, but it looks like it does not. Any ideas why? Can anyone help?

I have had the same encounter, it’s a whole different style of driving. The Steering Wheel compared to a real one is diffferent. I can’t really explain this in words, sorry.
