How do I defeat the special Count Dooku boss on Lego Star Wars 2 ?

Full question: There is an area on ‘Lego Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy’ where you get to beat the bosses from the previous 3 episodes. I stuck on the Episode 2 Count Dooku boss, because he keeps zapping me and jumping at me, and I can’t stop him. How can I beat him?
