As for the question … a little back ground info first … feel free to smack me if you already know this.

There are TWO animated Star Wars Clone Wars Sets … first is “Star Wars Clone Wars Micro-Series” … that ran in 2003 & 2004. The one currently airing on the Cartoon Network is “Star Wars Clone Wars”

Since you give a chapter number I would bet the farm that you are talking about the micro-series. Chapter 25 of that series ends right where Ep III starts. There is also a book out, “Labyrinth of Evil” that tells where Obi-Wan and Anakin were at the time … that book also ends with them blasting off to rescue Palpatine. The new show, Star Wars Clone Wars, is set in between chapter 21 and chapter 25. Why, because in the new show Anakin is a Jedi Knight … he wasn’t elevated to the rank of Knight until chapter 21 of the micro-series.

In short, yeah I know … impossible at this point … Chapter 25 ends right where ep III starts.
