If you are part of the growing creative economy class, or that this new trend passes by?
What is the creative class, who they are and why will become the buzzword for the next 50 years? They are artists, software programmers, writers, dreamers, musicians, scientists, teachers, – the use of "brain cells of energy" sweat equity rather than equity to live a lifestyle and define his career. It's your job to be creative. Employers are looking for this energetic and imaginative person to bring fresh ideas in corporate America. Without these forward-looking, the ideas box manufacturers, would we be without Star Trek, Star Wars and Nintendo games. But this "creative class" also brings diversity to communities and companies looking for light. At some point the communities that are attracting this group of individuals are not willing to accept this diversity. It threatens the "Business As Usual" and "I do not want my people to change" attitudes. But the creative class is here, the term is the slogan that the rival "Boomers and Generation X"
I think I saw that trend zip right by me! I think it's great that the economy may enter more driven by people using their creative abilities. Rejoice and give life to our society. I support it.
