Final Fantasy Fan? Star Wars Fan?
if Sephiroth, Cloud, Squall Auron and united they could take'em down? — Do not restrict the response to Final Fantasy or Star Wars — think: Yoda, Vader, Maul, Mace, Obi-Wan, Sidious, Dooku and Qui Gon. (4 vrs. 4 or make a fair fight) Let me rephrase: Sephiroth, Cloud, Auron Squall, Kuja and Vincent against any other Characters.Who 6 fiction can bring down? Note Sephiroth can destroy a planet-Cloud defeated him (only to return at least 3 times more) Auron is dead, the limit is Squalls Lionheart and Vicente Vicente is well! (Ps I remembered Kuja that can destroy worlds but I thought that if I added to the original question: people say "uh that guy was soooooooo gay!" I think it's cool though! list of contestents and say how would win or not having an opportunity! ellaborate try and not just say "because s / he 's best" I'm sorry for all the instructions, I just thought it would be cool to read the who, how and why …
You forgot the Lord and God fangirl Vincent Valentine:) But I'd say of the four who had pit 'em against the pre Anakin Vader, Boba Fett decidedly non-Jedi, Palpatine wing "Return of the Jedi" and Yoda
Safety, violence, drugs, and other reasons to vacation in Oaxaca, Mexico
Alvin Starkman MA, LL.B.
Five articles on page A3 of a newspaper that began as follows:
- The special investigations unit has been called after A man shot and a second man broke his jaw during an arrest …
- One woman described as armed and dangerous is being sought by police in a home invasion robbery …
- A man barricaded himself in a house for nearly an hour after attacking another man with an ax …
- A man tried to lure a 14-year-old in the truck …
- A young man clings to life after being shot in the head at a community center west of the city during a shooting bronze by the late …
From June to December 2006, and indeed well into 2007, foreign governments issued travel warnings initially, then simple advice not to travel to Oaxaca because alleged rampant violence and security, and other recent warnings about civil unrest and violence in the southern Mexico city of about 400,000, a mecca for tourists. However, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Toronto remained immune to the wrath of the government, such … all the more surprising given that while residents in major Canadian and U.S. cities are subject to street violence, no specific tourist or injured during the months of unrest in Oaxaca.
Extracts of the page above the city of Oaxaca is not periodic but The Toronto Star, April 8, 2007, in the midst of arguably one of the family weekends most peaceful year, Easter.
There are many opinions as to why the information is false and misleading information disseminated about the events in the Third World countries, and in this case Mexico (specifically, Oaxaca), while in fact based on reports of First World countries in the Western hemisphere, take Canada, for example, do not lead to, first, the warnings government.
Western governments have a history of paternalistic attitudes towards their citizens from the period of colonization. Continues to date. Perhaps most importantly, the liability of the 20th century has become a concern, more so in the U.S. in Canada with respect to claims for damages arising from allegations of negligence committed by governments against citizens: "You had information about civil unrest and the possibility of injury, so why not warn me not to travel to Oaxaca? "
What is a Western consul, residing in Oaxaca, to make or recommend to their principals in Mexico City, Washington and Ottawa? Especially when the local media and international, each with its own agenda, report incidents of rioting and violence sometimes? government does due diligence include checking the veracity of reports of targeting or injury to tourists, and when there are no such reports, which should include some reference as to their performance on their warnings? Should not this writer have declared that no tourist was injured, when in fact there was a report of a tourist who choose to walk next to a march with video camera, apparently without realizing that get a little mace or pepper spray in the face, then smiled and laughed it off when questioned by reporters? Should we require more data from our governments that are expected to be based? perhaps we should ask comparative statistics when notices are issued, a injury regarding innocent Canadian and U.S. cities of comparable size to Oaxaca?
Mexico, with different systems legal and political, both historically and in contemporary times, seems to have a different attitude towards the protection of its citizens traveling abroad at least in Canada and the U.S., and certainly the federal government does not seem to have the same concerns as legal responsibility, not having developed a common British law, which offers residents important rights regarding claims of negligence.
Perhaps the government of Mexico should begin to issue travel advisories based on periodic review, cable service and Internet reports, and firsthand accounts of violence against citizens Western cities:
"The violence broke out against innocent people, some of which may have been Mexican tourists, in at least five separate incidents during the Easter weekend in Toronto. We urge our citizens to exercise extreme caution if they dare to keep travel plans existing on the part of Canada. "
While arguably misleading, at least given the facts accurately. Us then see how much pressure would be exerted by Canada, and how fast, on Mexico to withdraw his warning. The Mexican government would have received a good lesson on how to use diplomacy to convince foreign governments to be more detailed, accurate and prudent in issuing warnings.
Before the critics and skeptics jump into the void evident in the reasoning and the fallacy of analogy, is due to the investigation if the Mexican government issued notices to passengers on Toronto, Ontario and Canada, in the face of the two incidents of the closest similarity in the recent history of unrest in Oaxaca … lifting Reserve and Dudley George killing the Oka conflict with partners.
This should not be invoked by anyone who believes that travel outside their home country or theirs, and the intention of the article is not to influence anyone's plans or trips to comment on government laws, rules, regulations, policies or procedures.
* Author Update: From the previous article contains historical information, have taken the liberty to examine several pages of recent news, the first page of the Toronto Star newspaper, online version for the Greater Toronto Area, May 28 and May 31, 2009, and April 17, 2010. Dare to compare with the holders of the mainstream media in Oaxaca? Consider:
May 28, 2009:
- "Teen guilty in death of rugby"
- "Body of missing teen found in the port of Toronto" [who had been in an argument the night he disappeared, the accidental drowning is not as suspect]
- "New Tori murder charge" ["A woman of 18 year-old accused of the disappearance of eight years old, Tori Stafford was upgraded to murder charges in the first degree] Thursday "
May 31, 2009:
- "Murder suspect was on parole blunt"
- "New York U. of students pulled out of Lake Ontario"
- "OPP [Ontario] Provincial Police officer in charge of breach of trust"
April 17, 2010:
- "The complaints overwhemlm rights monitoring human
