I have a few questions of Metal Gear Online …

First, is not this supposed to be a squad based tactical shooter from? From what I've seen, it consists of a few snipers sitting together, and everyone else just running, shooting, and trying not to get shot. Should not we be in the squad, orders from the most experienced gunner, assault troops, a demolition expert, a sniper and spotter and cover us? Does anyone know of a clan who does that? And also, is there anyway to actually buy weapons to permanently appear? And is there anyway to heal? Thank you. Yes, combat training. I do not need at all, but how experienced do you have to be to become a teacher?
