I already own the 3rd one and am considering buying the other two at some point.

I personally thought that Return of the Jedi was the best of all of these. It was one of the most challenging games I have ever played, and the boss battles were really intense. I still remember the password for the Ewok level: NVBJJH, because it was so difficult. The Force powers you got were revolutionary, and it offerred above average gameplay for its time.
