I need a diet for my over-weight hamster?

My hamster is REALLY over weight. So I need someone to help me and give me a diet plan for Brick. He has a wheel and he runs on it ALL the time! He’s still as fat as a brick! so any diet plan would help. PLZ SOMEONE HELP ME!

Maybe instead of fattening treats give Brick less of the treats. That might be one problem. Also, if you give him mixed food that has seeds that could also be a problem. Maybe you could stop giving him seeds or less seeds. Instead, you could give him some blocks. They have less fat. Maybe you could give a smaller amount of food, too. But if you are going to switch to blocks you should mix 1 part of the blocks and 3 parts of the current food for 1-4 days. For 5-10 days mix 2 parts of blocks and 2 parts current food. Then, for 11-15 days you mix 3 parts blocks and 1 part current food. Lastly, you use only blocks. You could also try letting Brick use his exercise ball more often. That may help him.
